Chef Ryan will take you on a culinary journey each Wednesday collaborating with local farmers and purveyors to select the best of the day’s harvest and create a special 3-course Market Menu to be served that evening in the Piadina Courtyard.

We have your Saturday plans set! IMUA (which means “to move forward” or “to move ahead” toward a goal) is led by vocalist Kahonukai Boro. He's accompanied by a rhythm section featuring Johnny Vergara on guitar, David Escamilla on bass, and Joel Luckett on drums. The group plays a wide variety of genres including RnB, funk, soul and pop.

Winemaker Dinner with Copia Vineyards

Just as the first few lots of grapes are being pulled off the vines, we invite you to spend a truly inspired evening with Copia Owners and Winemakers, Anita and Varinder Sahi. Dine in our beautiful tasting room right next to the HOTEL SLO, and enjoy a spectacular menu of carefully curated cuisine by Ox + Anchor Chef Ryan Fancher. Chef Fancher’s innovative and intellectual approach to gastronomy draws inspiration from the hills and sea surround San Luis Obispo. The Sahis will regale you with personal stories of their inspiration and love for crafting premium wine from California’s Central Coast. This intimate evening will be filled with wine and food that is truly rooted in the region.
