What time is check-in, and what time is check-out?

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 12pm (noon). Minimum Check-in age is 21.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellations if notified 72 hours before arrival.

Does Hotel San Luis Obispo offer ADA accessible room types?

Yes, we have ADA rooms available to guests. For more information, please contact our Hotel Manager at 805 235 0700 extension 3.

Do you offer pet-friendly rooms?

Yes, Hotel San Luis Obispo is a dog-friendly property. Our dog fee is $90 per dog, for the duration of your stay. We welcome a maximum of three dogs per room.

Do you offer on-site parking?

Daily and overnight valet parking are both available. Overnight valet parking for hotel guests is $26 per day. Guests dining at our restaurants, Piadina and Ox + Anchor, will be charged a $11 valet fee.

How many rooms do you have?

78 rooms and suites. All rooms have either a balcony or a terrace.

Is the rooftop terrace open to the general public?

Yes, the High Bar is available to hotel guests as well as the public, from 2pm to dusk (weather permitting). The rooftop terrace includes a full bocce court amongst the planted “green” roof.

Do you accept group reservations?

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, we have a spacious fitness center including cardio machines, bikes, free weights and a stretch area. This is available 24 hours for hotel guests.

Are you a smoke-free Property?

Yes, Hotel San Luis Obispo and the city of San Luis Obispo are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including balconies.
