Hearst Cancer Resource Center (HCRC) to raise funds and awareness in support of those affected by breast cancer. To celebrate the month, our team has created a special cocktail with a little help from some wonderful local partners.
The Pink Dream
Created in partnership with
Secrets Of The Garden in San Luis Obispo, the Pink Dream features their
Nile Dreams tea blend- a beautiful combination of apple, hibiscus, rosehips, lemon, strawberry leaf, chamomile, raspberry, marshmallow root, blue lotus, Yerba Santa, cornflower, and natural flavors.
Our cocktail combines:
- Hendry’s Vodka, fat-washed with coconut oil
- St-Germain
- Licor 43
- Fresh lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Nile Dreams tea
- A delicate Nile Dreams tea foam made with cold-brewed tea, cream, and simple syrup
- Finished with a dusting of powdered Nile Dreams tea
The result is a dreamy, floral and refreshing cocktail with a beautiful pink finish—created to be enjoyed while supporting an important cause.
And because everyone deserves a Pink Dream, this can also be made as a mocktail.

50% of Pink Dream cocktail sales will be donated to support the
Breast Cancer Early Detection Fund – a program offered through the Hearst Cancer Resource Center.
