Join Chef Garrett of Sichuan Kitchen SLO for a dumpling making class! He will be sharing his passion for Sichuan cuisine as you learn the art of making dumplings. Mix, season and wrap your way to a culminating feast. Garrett will show us three ways of cooking the dumplings: 1) simply steamed 2) hot & sour soup dumplings and 3) crispy pan fried. He'll also show us how to make a simple dipping sauce.
Class fee includes all materials and supplies - you just need to bring your creativity. Note that each class will work on a particular project as indicated in the Class list. Drinks, cocktails, and light bites will be offered at an additional cost.
